When those worries come to mind, I find comfort in bringing them to God. I can pray for my children, entrust the things I cannot see to Him, and ask for wisdom to love and guide them well.

Heavenly Father, thank You for the children You have placed in my life. Thank You for their laughter, their questions, their growth, and even the moments that remind me how much patience and wisdom I still need.
You know them better than I do. You know what makes them happy, what frightens them, what they struggle to express, and what they may be carrying quietly in their hearts.
Please watch over my children wherever they go.
Protect them when they are at home, at school, traveling, playing, and spending time with other people. Keep them away from situations that could bring unnecessary harm, and give them wisdom to recognize when something is not right.

Father, give me wisdom as well. Help me know when my children need guidance, when they need correction, and when they simply need someone to listen.
Keep my own fears from becoming a burden they have to carry. Help me protect them without trying to control every part of their lives.
When I become impatient, help me slow down. When I make mistakes as a parent or caregiver, give me humility to apologize.
Let our home be a place where children can speak honestly, ask questions, make mistakes, and still know they are loved.
